Need examples of what challenges to show your friends up?
– Carry a heavy object for 5 minutes
– Complete 50 burpees
– Hold a plank for 3 minutes straight
– Perform 30 push-ups
– Hit a target three times in a row
– Crawl 20 meters without lifting your chest off the ground.
