| This week, wrap up your holiday with a tough twist on Snakes and Ladders. Grab your friends and family, roll the dice, and face the exercises that await you on each square. Let’s see who can conquer the board with Spartan spirit.
HOW TO PLAY: Roll the dice and move that number of squares on the board. Perform the exercise that corresponds with the square you land on. WARNING: Watch out for square 14! You will have to go back to square 7 and do 60 seconds of burpees.
