| Spartans, now it’s easier than ever to get in on the action. We’re simplifying our race categories. We’re removing qualification barriers to the Elite group. And, we’re adding mixed heats to Age Group divisions to give you more options come race day.
Take a look at the 2025 updates:
The Age Group divisions will now feature mixed heats for flexibility and convenience. You’ll still be able to compete against others in your age group, but you won’t be limited to physically racing with them. Race with your friends and let your time speak for itself in your officiated age division.
The Elite category will now be open to all top athletes, so you can score exclusive benefits like early start times, a chance at prize money (at select events), and highly officiated heats. As prestigious and competitive as ever, the Elite category pushes you to challenge yourself against other top-tier athletes looking to podium.
We are maintaining traditional age group and overall awards, so you can display your hardware proudly.
