Polka Dot Disco Club Travel Project
The club music scene in Scotland hasn’t historically been the most diverse space (yup, only 29% of DJs in the UK are women*). But these two sisters are changing the game in Glasgow with their event-series Polka Dot Disco Club.

As a part of The Travel Project, we were lucky to chat with Frankie and Jozette Allan about how they’re championing women DJs, and DJs of marginalised genders to equalise Scotland’s music scene.

Catch their story in the mini doc below (ft. a track that absolutely slaps from their DJ/electric violin duo called Kintra!)
