We asked, you delivered: your off-season recommendations We asked, you delivered: your off-season recommendations Last month, we asked if you had a favorite place you like to travel to during the off-season. The team and I were honestly blown away by the number of responses – hundreds of you wrote to us, generously sharing the places where you’ve made special memories over the years. One of my favorites came from Martin, who recommends Poland in February. I’ve never been, and the contrast between it being 28°C and sunny right now and imagining beautiful, snowy train rides really piqued my imagination. “It always felt magical to travel through Poland in February and getting to experience the deep snow, riding trains that still manage to get through it, feeling the freezing cold -15°C temperatures in Warsaw, and eating a warm khachapuri. I’ll never forget that memory of sitting in the warm train and gazing at the snowy landscape.” We put together a list of 30 of your recommendations to inspire your next trip, especially if you’re considering traveling in the off-season. Give it a read if you’re curious about what other travelers had to say.
Also, we mentioned a surprise before: we have a 20% promotion on Eurail Passes for travel from September 1. Maybe one of these Passes is something for you.
Thank you again for all your answers and stories – we truly enjoyed reading all of them.
All the best, Johannes ![]() More of your favorites |
