The Alana has a great, chilled vibe and I felt the focus was on having fun, trying new things and doing as much or as little as you fancy. Our week had its fair share of seasoned sailors and impressive tennis players, but equally, there were plenty of us who just fancied trying as many of the activities as possible. I don’t think I’ve ever before belly-laughed my way through an aqua fit class – those girls were just brilliant! Whatever the activity, even if my friend and I hadn’t tried it before, the Neilson team were encouraging, patient, funny and just downright lovely!
