UPDATE: Wizz Air’s Online Services Are Now Available
Following the efforts of Wizz Air’s team in response to the worldwide systems outages caused by an external provider, Wizz Air is happy to confirm that systems are now recovering. According to our policy and even though the cause of disruption was beyond our control, customers whose flights were cancelled will automatically receive a 120% refund in WIZZ credits within 24 hours of the scheduled flight departure. If a customer wishes to rebook their flight instead of receiving a refund, they should call the non-premium call center line for arrangements.
