Indulgent Days and
Evenings of Glamour
|
Ask any Scot and they’ll say May is one of the country’s most magical months, as summer shimmers on the horizon, with the promise of long, hazy days spent outdoors.
We’re embracing the energy of the season with a very special foodie pop-up about to take up residency on the lawn, a wonderful new railway-inspired afternoon tea being served in The Glendevon, our first ever Gleneagles Scottish gin being poured in our bars and our latest country pursuit now live for guests to try.
We can’t wait for you to join us, to experience all that summer at Gleneagles has to offer.

When Donald Matheson, General Manager of the Caledonian Railway Company, built Gleneagles in 1924, his vision was to create Scotland’s most glamorous destination. Over a hundred years on, and we’re still carrying the torch for him with the likes of our brand-new afternoon tea. This special menu has romantic train tales at its heart and features intricate and inventive masterpieces from our in-house patisseries team.

Our open-air perch is landing on the lawn for the summer and it’s not taking itself too seriously. Crispy fried chicken is the main event, served with your pick of punchy sauces – or, for the daring, a splash of our secret hot sauce. To cool off, there’s plenty of ice-cold Champagne behind the bar too. Whether you’re gathering with friends or flying solo, it’s a chance to enjoy the best of al fresco dining with your favourite people.
Launches 30th May.

The Refined
Spirit of Gleneagles

Introducing Gleneagles Scottish gin, a celebration of heritage and environment, crafted exclusively for Gleneagles. This limited first batch is locally produced at Arbikie Distillery, using hand-selected botanicals that reflect the rich landscapes surrounding us.

In our constant pursuit of excellence at Gleneagles we’re always looking to drive our guest experience forward (if you’ll pardon the pun). In 2025 we were one of the few companies to take stock of the first all-electric 4×4 vehicle built in Scotland in over 50 years. Here’s how and why we became the very proud owners of a Munro.
