Nearly halfway through January, and I have already fallen behind. I haven’t sent out my 2025 predictions yet. Now don’t panic. There is already enough doom and gloom out there, and I absolutely refuse to add to the mix. These are more trends than predictions.
I’m pleased to say that off-grid, disconnecting and chucking your phone to the bottom of your bag is going to be big this year. The more we’re forced towards a screen the more we are pulling the other way at every opportunity. It’s not easy but if you’ve read Dopamine Nation (a must read) you’ll know how necessary it is.
Our number one trend is Saunas – they are just getting hotter. Looks like I’ll be taking out a second mortgage to keep up with this habit. If I’m OOO you’ll most likely find me in the ‘Slow Motion Sauna’ popping up next week in Kings Cross.
