| How do you ensure guests love their stay? |

“I’m the first and the last person guests will see during their stay, and I love getting to know everyone personally. From time to time we’ll get to leave surprises in guests’ rooms (for a special occasion, for example). They’ll report back and say ‘what a beautiful thing you did for us’.” |
