As we wrap up 2024, I wanted to take a moment to thank everyone who has been part of the Neilson story this year. Thanks to your support, we won double gold at the recent British Travel Awards, winning Best Travel Company for our Winter Ski and Summer Beach Club programmes.
We are very proud to have won these awards for the 11th year in a row! It’s always nice to be recognised with awards, especially when voted for by customers, but it’s especially pleasing for all the Neilson team, who are passionate about ensuring you all have a great time when you holiday with us; so many thanks for voting, it does mean a lot.
Looking back, it’s been quite the year. With the wet UK summer weather, we saw more of you than ever flocking to our award-winning Beach Clubs for a well-deserved dose of Good Energy. Across Greece, Sardinia, and Croatia, our Beach Clubs were the fullest they’ve ever been, with more sold-out dates than any previous summer.
Looking forward to 2025, it seems many of you are as eager as ever to join us, with record numbers of our loyal customers already booking their next Neilson adventure. It’s great to see so many of you securing your spot early and locking in our best prices. Demand has been so strong that we’re already exploring options to add a new Beach Club for Summer 2026. Exciting times ahead!
We are very aware that a holiday is a large investment, so we continue to strive to keep our prices competitive and add to the extensive range of activities that are included. The last time I counted, we had at least 25 different activities across each of our Beach Clubs, and more are planned for next summer.
Like many businesses, though, we cannot escape rising costs – particularly for our fantastic resort teams – and so we will need to make some small price increases for 2025. But before we do, I wanted to let you all know that there’s still time to secure our ‘early bird’ prices, which are available until 10 December 2024.
