We have just returned from the most fabulous skiing holiday we have ever experienced which was made possible by the exceptional hosting skills of the staff employed by Neilsons at the Del Clos Hotel in El Tarter. 
What exemplary attention to the needs of their guests – and I use the term guest rather than customer since that is exactly how we were treated in this uniquely welcoming hotel. The room, by any standard, was spacious and had a beautiful view of the mountains and piste runs.
