Good energy is the company mantra, and they truly delivered. From the moment we stepped onto the transfer to the resort until we were dropped back at the airport, there was always a professional and friendly face ensuring our holiday went smoothly…The food quality and service were outstanding, with the restaurant teams consistently delivering top-notch meals. The tennis, cycle and beach teams were brilliant, offering guidance and tips to enhance our experience and skills. My wife particularly enjoyed the fitness classes, with options ranging from SPIN to Pilates, WOD, ABS B&T, Aqua, Yoga and Stretch and relax at the end of the day, all led by energetic and engaging instructors. Will, the general manager, was friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout. The overall formula of the holiday works—everyone we met was there to relax and stay active… it was a fantastic experience start to finish!
