It’s time to rise early in the morning and leave Corfu for Sarandë, a popular coastal town perched on a crescent-shaped bay in Albania. The once sleepy fishing village has a bustling seaside promenade, pebbled beaches and ancient ruins with intricate mosaics and historical artefacts.

“First impressions of the ship were that it wasn’t like anything I’ve stepped on before. Emerald Azzurra is contemporary and welcoming, with a palette of luxurious greys and glass. Bellinis and live acoustic music greeted us aboard into surroundings adorned with stunning orchids and lounge seating.
Throughout my stay, the service was impeccable, with an attentive crew at your every beck and call. This was mirrored during my dining experiences where the staff were exemplary, as was the food. I dined on shrimp salad, beef consommé, and chocolate cake, all of which were delicious.”
