Introducing Silver Ray

The second of Silversea’s innovative Nova-class series of ships was floated out from her construction pavilion in Germany on 25th February. With just a few months of work left before Silver Ray welcomes her first passengers, the new-build project is moving into its final stages including interior outfitting.  

Silver Ray will welcome her first guests in June in Lisbon and will sail to the Mediterranean this summer and Autumn before heading to the Caribbean and South America. Silver Ray is the sixth addition to the fleet in just three years, with Ray’s sister ship Silver Nova launching in summer 2023. Silver Nova has received incredibly strong feedback from guests, travel advisors and members of the press, so Silver Ray is sure to impress.

Silver Ray mirrors every aspect of her sister ship, Silver Nova, including pioneering, asymmetrical design and an extraordinary use of glass in both public areas and in suite for uninterrupted views wherever you are on-board. What’s more, Silver Ray is one of the most spacious ships ever built, offering an exceptionally high space-to-guest ratio.
