Men’s Mental Health Matters – Register for your FREE race spot today! Driven by the Spartan Community and powered by Givestar for the very first time London West will play host to a dedicated Men’s Mental Health Wave taking place on Sunday 18th May at 2.45pm for the Sprint 5K Wave.

Applications are now LIVE and we have 50 spots available to anyone that has never raced a Spartan and may have reservations of hitting the start line. The Men’s Mental Health Wave will be run during Mental Health Week and will allow runners to be supported on the day by Spartan Ambassadors around the 5K. It will offer an opportunity to showcase how incredibly powerful the Spartan Community is and how important exercise is for our mental health.
