On September 6th & 7th, Derby Arena will host this high-energy event, combining ten functional fitness zones of strength, endurance, and conditioning, each preceded by 500M of running, totalling 5K. Designed to push limits and celebrate fitness, DEKA FIT welcomes athletes of all levels.
