This week’s Tour of the Week takes a traditional safari and gives it a luxury twist. It’s based at the wonderful Mabula Game Lodge, a serene sanctuary set in a private game reserve.
You’ll spend a laid-back week there, enjoying sunsets and stargazing over the savannah; guided bush walks and lion tracking experiences; and game drives in search of the Big (and Little) Five. There’s plenty of opportunity for relaxation, too – unwind by the pool, indulge at the spa, sip cocktails on the tree-shaded terrace and tuck into complimentary high tea each afternoon.
