If you’ve never heard of Scottish missionary, David Livingstone, he was arguably one of the greatest European explorers of Africa. Back in 1855, he discovered an astonishing waterfall which he later named ‘Victoria Falls’ – and was the first European to cross the width of southern Africa.
It’s his African adventures that inspired us to create our Tour of the week – where we combine two of the world’s greatest natural wonders – Victoria Falls and Chobe National Park.
Exploring by air, boat and 4WD, we get closer to nature – sailing along the banks of the Chobe past bathing elephants, spotting hippo as we cruise the Zambezi at sunset, viewing herds of giraffe from the skies, and criss-crossing savannahs in search of the Big Five. If you’re looking for wildlife, waterfalls and so much more, then this 13-day Botswana and Zimbabwe tour is just what the doctor (Livingstone) ordered.
What’s more, if you book before 13 April, you can save a huge 10% on this holiday if you travel before end of 2025. So, if you’ve always fancied channelling your inner explorer in Africa – now’s the time to book your dream effortless adventure.
