Customer service is always helpful with any additional information we needed to know prior to booking the tour. Except for one question (re:service dogs), all other questions got a quick response. Thank you.

Excellent service and communication

I found this trip for next may and it included all the places I ever wanted to visit. I lost my husband in 2020 and liked the idea of it being an escorted trip. I am a solo traveller and unfortunately single occupancy wasn’t available. However they messaged me everyday keeping me up to date with my booking and they managed to get me a place on the trip. The service was 1st class and communication was great. I was over the moon when I got the message to say I will be on the trip. So looking forward to next may and feel confident that it will be a trip of a lifetime.
