Just because you’re sailing on incredible new itineraries in North America and Alaska doesn’t mean you can’t get a taste of Spain as well. Introducing Rojo by Razzle Dazzle, our modern Spanish-style eatery, sailing exclusively on Brilliant Lady. Every night, our iconic restaurant Razzle Dazzle transforms into Rojo — an elevated dining experience featuring dishes bursting with Spanish flavor. Curated by Michelin-starred chefs and inspired by traditional flavors within Valencia and Basque Country, Rojo’s menu will feature a variety of small plates (tapas and pintxos) and larger dishes (platos grandes) for you to share – or not. 

But that’s not all! In addition to Rojo’s sizzling new flavors, restaurants on Brilliant Lady will feature our brand-new dinner show, “Up With A Twist,” as well as an all-new menu at The Dock (stay tuned to get a taste!). We’re also keeping all your favorites at Extra Virgin and Gunbae with some new exciting updates.
