New in our selection this week is Le Petit Pali Laguna Beach, the latest from Palisociety’s delightful sub-brand, which also just announced another location landing later this year in Napa Valley.

Speaking of small hotels in California, San Luis Obispo’s Petit Soleil is a “boutique bed and beverage” that celebrates the state’s other wine country, Paso Robles.

Plenty of Athens hotels are set within sight of the Parthenon, but few do as much with the view as the Dolli at Acropolis, which recently won a special prize at the Prix Versailles architecture and design awards.

Speaking of Athens, the boutique hotel scene on the Athenian Riviera is heating up, with exciting new seaside options like One&Only Aesthesis, the Ace Hotel & Swim Club, and 91 Athens Riviera.

New York’s Equinox Hotel doesn’t just have a vast Equinox-branded health club, it also has the Sleep Lab, where innovative sleep technologies are available to help you maximize your rest and recovery.

Speaking of wellness initiatives, Six Senses offers sound therapies at a number of their resorts, including Six Senses Vana in India, Six Senses Ninh Van Bay in Vietnam, and Six Senses Douro Valley in Portugal.

Our hotel of the week is a three-fer, Cinco Rodavento, Hotel Rodavento, and La Casa Rodavento, all located in the charming lakeside town of Valle de Bravo, two hours’ drive to the southwest of Mexico City.

The longest stay booked on Tablet this week was 12 nights at Hotel Vellita, located in Siem Reap, best known as the gateway to Angkor Wat, Cambodia’s massive ancient temple complex.
