If you spend $3,000 in purchases, less credits, returns and adjustments (“Net Purchases”) with transaction dates from 8/25/2025 through 1/31/2025, you will earn one (1) companion certificate. If you spend $10,000 in Net Purchases during the Promotion Period, you will earn a second companion certificate, for a total of two (2) companion certificates. If you spend $20,000 in Net Purchases during the Promotion Period, you will earn a third companion certificate, for a total of three (3) companion certificates. The maximum number of companion certificates you can earn during the Promotion Period is three. Each companion certificate is valid for one round-trip flight and will expire one year from the date of issuance. You can bring any companion on select bookings for the cost of government taxes and fees (starting at $5.60), provided the companion has a FRONTIER Miles account number and is added at the time of initial booking within the same ticket. In order to use the companion certificate, members must be logged into their FRONTIER Miles account at the time of booking to ensure the companion benefit applies. Blackout dates apply. The companion certificate has no cash value and may not be applied to past bookings or subscriptions, refunded, sold, bartered, or traded.

This offer may not be achievable based on the assigned credit line and ability to maintain that credit line. Failure to maintain your creditworthiness during the offer period may result in actions on your account, such as a credit line decrease, that would reduce your ability to take advantage of this offer. If earned, the companion certificate(s) will be awarded by Frontier to your FRONTIER Miles frequent flyer account within 4 weeks from the end of this promotion.

³You will earn Instant Elite Gold Status (“Elite Gold”) after your first purchase posts to your account, less credits, returns and adjustments (“Net Purchases”) with a transaction date within the first 90 days of new Card Account opening. Elite Gold will be awarded 3–4 business days after the first Net Purchase posts. In order to maintain Elite Gold for 12 months from Card Account open date, you must also spend three thousand dollars ($3,000) in Net Purchases with transaction dates in the first 90 days of new Card Account opening. These specific Frontier status offer terms and conditions apply for the Frontier Instant Gold offer in addition to the general terms below.

· All applicants must be current members of the FRONTIER Miles^SM program. If you’re not currently enrolled, you may do so here.

· Eligible members must hold a valid Southwest Rapid Rewards membership, Alaska Airlines, Jetblue or Spirit Airlines (joined the other airline program before August 18, 2025) and provide details.

· The FRONTIER Miles Elite Gold Status offer is valid for purchase for a limited time. The offer may change or be withdrawn at any time, including but not limited to the fees and validity period.

New FRONTIER Miles^SM members can match up to their combined mileage balance from multiple qualifying airlines up to 1 Million Miles! When you join, Frontier will match the miles you’ve earned with other airlines – you just need to earn that same number of miles with Frontier in the next 12 months to unlock them.

Definitions
· FRONTIER Miles: The loyalty program offered by Frontier Airlines, where members earn miles through eligible activities.
· Miles Match: A program where Frontier Airlines matches and doubles the miles earned by participants, based on the number of loyalty miles submitted from other airline loyalty programs, up to 1 Million miles for each individual.
· Mileage Match: The portion of loyalty miles submitted by the participant from other airline loyalty programs that they commit to earning with FRONTIER Miles.
· Earned Miles: Miles earned through eligible activities with FRONTIER Miles, such as flying with Frontier Airlines or spending with the Frontier Airlines co-branded credit card.

Eligibility
This Offer is available only to new FRONTIER Miles members. Existing FRONTIER Miles members are not eligible to participate. To qualify, participants must create a FRONTIER Miles account and submit the required application form during the specified promotional period.

Promotional Period
The Offer is valid only for applications submitted between August 25 and September 26, 2025. Applications submitted outside of this window will not be considered.

How to Participate
1. Participants must complete the official Offer form, providing:
· Their FRONTIER Miles account number.
· Documentation showing mileage balances from other airline loyalty programs.
· The portion of their loyalty miles they wish to submit as their “Mileage Match.”

2. A subsequent email will be sent following form submission to collect documentation. Documentation must include an official statement from the respective airline loyalty program(s), clearly displaying the participant’s name, account number, and mileage balance.

3. Participants may submit a portion of their loyalty miles from one or more airline loyalty programs as their Mileage Match. However, they must have enough miles in their accounts to support the Mileage Match submission.

4. The total mileage balances submitted will constitute the Mileage Match. Participants are not required to bet all of their miles from other airline loyalty programs.

5. Incomplete or inaccurate forms will render the application void and disqualify the participant.

Earning Requirement
Participants are required to earn an equivalent number of FRONTIER · Miles to their submitted Mileage Match (“Earned Miles”) through eligible activities within 12 months from the date of enrollment in the Offer. Eligible activities include, but are not limited to:
· Flying with Frontier Airlines.
· Spending with the Frontier Airlines co-branded credit card.

Matching and Crediting of Miles
Upon verification that the Earned Miles requirement has been met:
· Frontier Airlines will match and double the Earned Miles.
· Matched miles will be credited to the participant’s FRONTIER Miles account within 4–5 weeks.
· Miles earned through flights will only be credited after the flights have been completed.
· If the participant fails to meet the Earned Miles requirement within the 12-month period, no matched or additional miles will be credited.

Restrictions
· This Offer does not include loyalty miles purchased through Points.com or other third-party platforms. Only miles earned directly through eligible Frontier activities qualify for the Earned Miles requirement.
· Submissions containing falsified or fraudulent documentation will result in immediate disqualification.
· Participants are encouraged to submit a realistic Mileage Match, as failure to meet the Earned Miles requirement will result in forfeiture of the match.

Important Information
This Offer involves matching and doubling earned FRONTIER Miles; no miles from other airline loyalty programs will be transferred to the participant’s FRONTIER Miles account. Participants’ miles with other airlines will remain with those respective programs. Participants must ensure that their Mileage Match does not exceed the total number of miles available in their other airline loyalty programs. Frontier Airlines reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Offer at any time without prior notice.
