Layaway Vacation Deposits – Vacation packages are bookable for a minimum $199 deposit per booking where minimum requirements are met. Reward Flights – To book a Reward Flight Saver you must be logged in to your Executive Club account. Full details of the reward options available to you, including prices and Avios amounts, will be displayed on selection of your chosen dates and destination(s). Prices displayed will vary dependent on the number of Avios that you have and the dates, cabin and destination selected. To be eligible for Reward Flight Saver, you must have collected at least one Avios in the past 12 months. Reward Flight Saver offers customers a fixed cash cost inclusive of taxes, fees and carrier charges plus a fixed Avios amount. If you are not eligible for Reward Flight Saver, you will be directed to the standard Reward Flight prices. For a Reward Flight, the only cash amount required for Reward Flights is to cover the taxes, fees and carrier charges. The taxes, fees and carrier charges will vary dependent on airline, class of travel and destination and will be calculated when you book your flights. Travel in World Traveller Plus (premium economy), Club Europe and Club World (business) and First will result in higher taxes, fees and carrier charges. Avios Part Payment – vacations -Executive ClubMembers can use their Avios to pay for part of the total price of selected vacations (Flight + Hotel or Flight + Car) when making a non-redemption booking on ba.com for travel on British Airways operated and selected British Airways codeshare partner operated flights. Bookings made with this payment option will be subject to the standard fare rules associated with the holiday purchased. Avios can be used to pay for bookings made on ba.com or by calling a British Airways Contact Centre. The entire booking must be eligible for Avios part payment for it to be applied to the booking. Double Tier Points on British Airways vacations – This promotion enables British Airways Executive Club Members to receive double Tier Points for all qualifying flights they book and travel which are part of a Qualifying Booking. A “Qualifying Booking” is a British Airways vacation booking that includes Flights + Hotel or Flights + Car or Flights + Hotel + Car package booking, originating in the USA only and booked in one transaction. The booking must contain British Airways flights including codeshares and British Airways marketed and/or operated flights only. Flights provided by other airline partners that do not have a BA flight number will not be eligible. The hotel/car element of the package must be booked and used for the full duration of the vacation package, which must be a minimum of five nights, with the flights completed on or before June 30, 2025. The participant must register their Executive Club number against their booking prior to travel.
For the avoidance of doubt this offer does not apply to any British Airways flight-only bookings made without a hotel or car or where the hotel or car is added to a booking in a separate transaction. Standard Tier Points for the flight elements will be awarded in line with regular awarding timelines after completion of the flight returning to the USA which is part of a Qualifying Booking. The initial transaction will be updated when the additional Tier Points, due as a result of this promotion, are added to the standard Tier Points, within 14 working days of the return flight which is part of a Qualifying Booking. The additional Tier Points covered by this promotion are non-transferable and there is no cash or credit alternative.
