STREET FOOD & SPICES
There’s no better introduction to India than through its food. You’ll explore the labyrinth of spice stall-dotted alleyways in the 17th-century walled area of Old Delhi with a local chef, sampling samosas, lassis, cups of chai and more, all while experiencing the warm hospitality of traders and restaurant owners. Then it’s on to a neighborhood community kitchen, where you’ll cook dahl and roll chapatis to serve at a beautiful Sikh temple.
