Definitions
• Companion: A designated Frontier Miles member traveling on the same ticket as the Companion Travel Holder.
• Companion Travel Holder: An individual who holds Elite Platinum Status or Elite Diamond Status and is entitled to the Companion Travel benefits.
• Companion Travel: A benefit allowing the Companion Travel Holder to bring a designated Frontier Miles member on the same flight for the cost of government taxes and fees (starting at $5.60).
Eligibility
• Benefit coming mid-2025. Companion Travel is exclusively available to members holding Elite Platinum Status or Elite Diamond Status.
• To achieve Elite Platinum Status, members must accrue 50,000 Elite Status Points within a calendar year (20,000 Elite Status Points by April 30, 2025 only through this promotion).
• To achieve Elite Diamond Status, members must accrue 100,000 Elite Status Points within a calendar year.
Companion Travel Benefits
• Eligible members can bring a Companion on an unlimited number of bookings at no additional cost (excluding government taxes and fees starting at $5.60), provided the Companion:
➣ Has a FRONTIER Miles℠ account number.
➣ Is added at the time of initial booking within the same ticket.
• The Companion Travel benefit is valid for as long as the holder maintains Elite Platinum or Elite Diamond Status.
• There is no limit on the number of times the Companion Travel benefit can be used.
• This benefit will automatically apply to a secondary qualifying person added to the PNR at the time of booking. If there are multiple people on the PNR, the Companion Travel benefit will apply to the person with the lowest level of status.
Booking Requirements
• Members must be logged into their FRONTIER Miles℠ account at the time of booking to ensure the Companion Travel benefit applies.
Additional Information
• The Companion will not earn any Travel Miles or Elite Status Points for the value of the flight.
• All other ticket terms and conditions apply.
• Companion Travel is not permitted on GoWild! bookings.
By using the Companion Travel benefit, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please ensure you meet all eligibility requirements prior to booking. No Shows are subject to the terms set forth in Frontier’s Contract of Carriage. Eligible members who can bring a companion who repeatedly book and no-show flights, or who otherwise violate the terms and conditions contained in these Rules, are subject to financial penalties up to and including the revocation of companion privileges. This applies to both eligible members and companions. |

| FRONTIER Miles members can achieve Elite Platinum Status by earning 20,000 Elite Status Points from now until April 30, 2025. Members must be 18 years or older to qualify, and details on how to earn Elite Status Points can be found here. Elite Status Points for flight purchases, including all ancillary purchases, will post to the member’s Frontier Miles account after travel. Note that retroactive points accrual does not contribute to the 20,000 points required for this promotion, and points may take 48-72 hours to credit. Points will not be awarded for unused, canceled, forfeited, refunded, or fraudulent bookings, as determined by Frontier’s discretion. Members must opt-in to qualify for this promotion here. To accrue points, members must provide their FRONTIER MilesSM number when booking, and registration must be completed at least 24 hours prior to departure. All other ticket terms and conditions apply, and this offer excludes any bonus Travel Miles or Elite Status Points. Elite Platinum Status will be awarded by May 20, 2025, and will remain valid through December 31, 2025. |

| All tickets are nonrefundable, except if you cancel within 24 hours of booking for flights 7 days or more prior to departure, and except when otherwise required by the Department of Transportation. |
| For Basic Fares, changes or cancellations made to itineraries after the 24 hours will be subject to change fees, and any fare differential. Learn more about our change policy. Previously purchased tickets may not be exchanged for special fare tickets.
