USA Travel Tip #2: Driving the famous I-95
Did you know that I-95 is the nation’s longest north-south interstate, running 1,920 miles from Maine to Florida? It crosses 15 states — the most of any interstate, and runs through 6 USA Sightseeing Pass cities. That’s an incredible 1,920 mile stretch of top attractions, culinary experiences and once in a lifetime photo opportunities.
One of our main cities, Philadelphia, is probably the historically significant city we have on our roster, and visitors should check out The African American Museum in Philadelphia was the first museum in a major U.S. city dedicated to the culture and heritage of African Americans and the African diaspora. Since its founding in 1976, the museum has sought to give a platform to the stories of African Americans in the shaping of our nation.
Geographically close to Philadelphia is Washington DC, and visitors are rarely disappointed with this pristine city. Washington Dc is very walkable once you’re in around the city center, and the local transit system is very clean an affordable for those who would rather not drive and pay parking fees.
