I made a mistake when I booked a trip…
I made a mistake when I booked a trip with Tour hub last night. It should be February 8th, 2025, but wrongfully put on June 1, 2024. When I saw the message Feeback of the booking from Tour Hub, I realized the mistake immediately. It was late evening, so I wrote back to the Tour Hub and asked for correction. I did receive the feedback pretty soon which told me don’t worry and they’re going to contact London office when it’s open. This morning, I saw the email from Jane, the employee from Tour Hub, told me that the mistake has been corrected to the February 8th, 2025. This is very happy ending for me to experience the first booking with Tour Hub. Thank you very much!
